Fitch: Acquisition Risk Diminished for U.S. Beverage Companies

CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–With The Coca-Cola Company (Coca-Cola) following in PepsiCo, Inc.’s (PepsiCo) footsteps by acquiring a substantial portion of U.S. franchise bottling operations, Fitch believes acquisition risk has diminished.
